Important announcement regarding IDEXX

We have been informed that IDEXX will be removing support for ordering and receiving lab tests through VetEnvoy in March. Most practices will already be communicating with IDEXX through their VetConnect Plus system, so will be unaffected.

If you are still using the VetEnvoy system for IDEXX communication, then please contact Teleos support without delay.

All other VetEnvoy services remain unaffected.
