Action Needed: Confirm Your DrayTek Router Model to Avoid Connectivity Issues

We wanted to make you aware of a recent issue reported by several UK internet service providers involving DrayTek routers.

Over the weekend, ISPs including Zen Internet observed a spike in connectivity problems affecting customers using certain DrayTek models. The issue appears to be related to a firmware issue and may cause intermittent internet disruptions in the form of constant connection restarts.

To help us assess whether you may be affected, please contact Teleos support with the make and model of the router currently in use at your site. We’ve included an image below to help you locate the model number on your device. The model number will be on the front of the router or on a silver sticker on the bottom. The below router is a Vigor 2865.

Once we have this information, we’ll advise on the next steps if needed.
