Now we’re taking the biggest step in the history of Teleos.
We’re building the next generation of our practice management system.
Teleos is moving to a modern web-based platform, giving you secure access through your web browser and providing the foundation for a faster, more flexible and more intuitive experience.
But this is much more than simply putting the existing Teleos onto the web. We are rebuilding the system from the ground up, taking the core knowledge, workflows and experience gained over the last 30 years and using them to shape a completely new generation of Teleos.
It’s a full reimagining of the system, designed not just to modernise how Teleos looks, but to improve how it works for veterinary teams now and in the future.
Why we’re making the change
Moving Teleos to a modern web platform gives us the foundation to create a cleaner, faster and more intuitive system, while opening the door to new features, integrations and smarter ways of working. It will also ensure full compliance with the new CMA regulations.
This isn’t about replacing what made Teleos successful. It’s about building on it.
Smarter technology
We’ve already completed our first AI integration within the current version of Teleos, giving practices an early look at how AI can support everyday workflows.
As we build the new Teleos, AI will become a bigger part of the platform.
Our aim is simple: remove repetitive tasks, surface useful information when it’s needed and give veterinary professionals more time to focus on patient care.
Will the current version of Teleos be supported?
Absolutely! However, we envisage that users will want to transition to the new program quite quickly once they see it. We are aiming to provide a low, or no cost upgrade for existing clients.
Early testing
As development continues, we’re looking for a small number of very early testers to take a look at the system in its current development stage.
This is not a finished product, and it is not ready for live practice use yet. At this stage, we’re looking for practices who are happy to see work in progress, give honest feedback and help shape the direction of the new Teleos.
Looking ahead
The new Teleos will allow us to evolve faster, deliver improvements more quickly and respond to customer feedback in ways that simply weren’t possible before.
We’re incredibly excited about the journey ahead and can’t wait to share more as development continues.
