    Geraldine, you’ve probably had a response already but the document is in a pdf format (portable document format). To view it you will need to install Adobe reader:-

    Be careful not to download the optional McAfee Anti-virus (ensure the box is unticked) before you click on ‘download’. If you have any problems, please contact the support desk.
