Teleos E-Claims proven to save time and money!

Nearly half of all Teleos users are now using the new Electronic Insurance Claim (e-Claim) facility. The feedback is consistent. Users are reporting that they are saving at least 50% of their admin time over paper claims and having them settled in under 2 days on average. The record currently stands at three minutes!  One Teleos user calculated that the saving in time alone represented a £3-4k saving to the practice per annum.

The Teleos development team has devoted considerable time and effort in implementing the SPVS sponsored Vet-XML protocol. Other functions available include external lab interfaces, data analysis services, dietary plans and coming soon, ID chip registration.

    Will there be incremental charges from Livetime 24 (or others) for registering microchips this way (bearing in mind that it is free at Petlog)?

    Hi Dave,

    I understand that this is still being discussed at a commercial level. You will appreciate that Livetime are suppliers of the hub and have been instrumental in bringing Vet-XML on stream. They are looking at making a miminal charge for registration but there is no suggestion in the end-user being charged. Hope this helps.
